Clinical Services

All payments for clinical services—including psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, and consultations—are non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment without a 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be made.

If you miss your appointment without a 48 hours’ notice, your session is forfeited and no refund will be made.

You can reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours before.

Digital Products (Books, Journals, Courses)

Because digital items are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Online courses

  • Journals or planners

  • Digital downloads

  • Templates

  • PDFs

  • Membership or Academy content

Physical Books

Books shipped through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon/KDP) follow the seller’s policy.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments (e.g., Academy membership) renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
