1. Telehealth Services

All clinical services are provided via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. You must be physically located in a state where your clinician is licensed at the time of your appointment. Serenity currently provides services in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C..

2. Payment

Serenity Healthcare Services offers both self-pay and insurance-based options. We participate with select insurance plans; coverage and patient responsibility vary by carrier, plan, and state. Where we are not in-network, self-pay rates apply and a superbill can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.

3. No Emergency Services

We do not provide crisis or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7.

4. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Attend scheduled appointments
  • Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
  • Use telehealth in a private, safe location
  • Respect provider boundaries

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, books, journals, courses, and related materials belong to Sidonie Justynski, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC and Serenity Healthcare Services PLLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for internet or technology failures, misuse of educational materials, or decisions made without consultation.

Licensure

Sidonie Justynski, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is licensed to provide telehealth psychiatric services in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C.. Individual clinicians within the practice may hold licensure in different states; your provider's licensure will be confirmed before your appointment.

Clinical Services

All payments for clinical services — including psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, and consultations — are non-refundable.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our appointment policy and in the confirmation you receive when booking. Appointments cancelled without adequate notice, and missed appointments, may be charged in full.

You may reschedule your appointment through the booking system or by contacting our office.

Digital Products (Books, Journals, Courses)

Because digital items are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Online courses
  • Journals or planners
  • Digital downloads
  • Templates
  • PDFs
  • Membership or Academy content

Physical Books

Books shipped through third-party platforms (for example Amazon/KDP) follow that seller's policy.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments (for example Academy membership) renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
