Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We participate with select insurance plans, and coverage varies by carrier, plan, and state. Our team will verify your benefits whenever possible before your appointment and explain anticipated copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance. If we are not in-network with your plan, you may use our self-pay services, and we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement when applicable. Please contact our office before scheduling with questions about a specific plan.
Do you treat children or adolescents?
No. Our services are for adults 18 and older.
Do you offer in-person visits?
No. All clinical services are delivered remotely by secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Can I message my provider between appointments?
Administrative questions are always welcome. Clinical matters require a scheduled follow-up appointment for safety and compliance.
Do you provide therapy?
We offer supportive clinical guidance but do not function as a therapy-only practice. Patients may be referred for therapy as needed.
Which states do you serve?
Serenity provides telehealth psychiatric care to patients located in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C. at the time of their appointment.
