I am passionate and experienced in treating clients with mood and thought disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia), ADHD, PTSD, suicidal ideation and addiction. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and recognize your strengths in a safe, nonjudgmental and welcoming environment. I am also extremely passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, and believe cultural identity is an important piece of the treatment process.
I am board certified as a Physician Assistant with a specialty in psychiatry. I believe there should be no stigma when it comes to mental health, and that vulnerability is a great strength. While I have a long career in the medical field (15+ years), focusing on psychiatry and mental health has always been a passion of mine. I see my clients as the experts of their lives, and building a therapeutic alliance is how we will work together towards achieving mental wellness.

An integrative healing framework
Our practice is built upon four pillars — each grounded in science, spirituality, and the psychology of transformation.
Trauma Awareness
Understanding the nervous system, emotional triggers, attachment wounds, and the hidden narratives that shape behavior.
Psychological Reset
Disrupting maladaptive patterns, restoring cognitive clarity, and rewiring the mind for resilience.
Spiritual Grounding
Faith, purpose, identity, gratitude, and the unseen forces that strengthen the soul.
Mindset Rebuilding
A structured process of becoming — one decision, one boundary, one new belief at a time.
Together, these pillars support you as you move from survival to stability — and eventually, to transformation.
Healing the Mind, Empowering the Soul
Our mantra is more than a motivational phrase. It is a philosophy of healing — a reminder that recovery is not about perfection. It is about progress.
Wake Up
Wake up to hope. Wake up to possibility. Wake up to the realization that your past does not determine your future. Healing begins with awareness — of your patterns, of your strengths, of the fact that change is possible.
Make Up
Make up your mind that you deserve healing. Choose growth over fear. Choose courage over comfort. Choose to believe that setbacks do not define you. Every transformation begins with a decision.
Dress Up
Dress up for yourself. Not for validation, not for perfection, not for anyone else's expectations. Identity matters. Self-respect matters. Sometimes putting yourself together is an act of healing.
Show Up
Show up for therapy, for your medication, for your workout, for your nutrition, for your family, for your dreams. Most importantly, show up for yourself. Healing happens through ordinary acts of consistency.
Rise Up
Rise above the pain, the fear, and old beliefs that no longer serve you. Rise into purpose, confidence, and health — into the person you were always meant to become. At Serenity, we call this becoming the Phoenix.
Healing involves the whole person
Mind. Body. Spirit. Lifestyle. Identity. Purpose.
Our dedicated team of providers is committed to helping patients build lasting transformation through compassionate, evidence-based, integrative care. We are honored to walk beside you as you rediscover your strength and reclaim your life.
Healing the Mind. Empowering the Soul. Becoming the Phoenix.
