Referral FAQ
How fast will I hear back?
Referrals submitted during scheduling hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) are acknowledged the same or next business day. If a referral is clinically urgent, note it on the form and call our office as well.
How do I send records securely?
Do not attach records to the referral form. Once we confirm the referral, our team will send you instructions for secure, HIPAA-compliant transmission.
Will I receive updates about my patient?
With the patient's written authorization, we are glad to coordinate care and share relevant clinical updates with the referring provider.
Which states can you accept patients in?
Patients must be physically located in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C. at the time of their telehealth appointment.
