Two Offices, Nine Licensed Jurisdictions
Our offices are in Arizona and Texas. Clinical care itself is delivered by secure telehealth anywhere our providers are licensed — here is exactly where each stands.
Licensure and insurance are two different things
Insurance participation is currently expanding in Arizona, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. Self-pay services are available to eligible patients in other jurisdictions where our providers are licensed.

How telehealth licensure works
Licensure follows the patient, not the provider. You must be physically located in a state where your clinician is licensed at the time of your appointment — not simply a resident of it.
If you move or travel frequently, tell us. We will confirm whether we can continue your care.
Administrative offices
Arizona (Primary): 101 W 16th Street, STE A, Yuma, AZ 85364
Texas: 1505 S Texas 6, Suite 215, Houston, TX 77077
These are administrative and licensing addresses. All clinical care is delivered by HIPAA-compliant telehealth — we do not see patients in person at either location.
Not sure if we can see you?
